In order to improve all-round performance of students and to provide personal attention, a tutorial system has been introduced in the college. At the beginning of the academic year, each class is placed under the personal charge of a teacher, designated as class Tutor. He/She will keep regular watch over the attendance, progress and conduct of the wards under him/her and will give necessary guidance. Students shall forward all applications to the principal through the concerned tutor. The progress report of the students will be intimated to parents by the tutor. Parents are suggested to contact the concerned tutor and discuss the all-round performance of their wards in the college. Class tutors are responsible for the conduct of regular tutorial meetings. Tutorial meetings are conducted once in a month. The students are free to discuss their specific problems with the tutor in addition to the general problems faced by the class.
